Our Sabah Peshtemals are handloomed of 100% cotton in Hatay, Turkey - a region with a rich heritage of textile production, specializing in hand-woven fabrics, and the area of Turkey most devastated by last year's earthquakes.    In working with craftspeople in Hatay, we're supporting the rebuilding of their weaving operations and the continuity of their beautiful craft. Lightweight & thin, our Peshtemals are perfect for travel -- use 'em post shower, as a beach or picnic blanket, and even a shawl or wrap. They dry quick and stay fresh, and will just get softer & more beautiful with every use and wash.
